We exist to love God and love others, bringing life to every neighbor and neighborhood until God is first in every heart and every home.

What We Believe

Statement of Faith

  • There is one God who is Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

  • Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is the source of salvation, the Savior of all people who put their faith in Him alone for eternal life.

  • Those who receive new life in Christ are called to be holy in character and conduct, and can live this way only by being filled with the Lord’s Spirit.

  • The Bible is God’s inspired Word and it is the standard for our faith and actions.

  • God wants everyone to know Him as Savior and Lord.

  • The purpose of the Church is to tell the world about Christ through worship, witness and loving deeds.

The Core Values of Waterline Church

Create heart movements toward or with Jesus Christ

Creates movement in a person’s life to love God with all their heart, mind, soul, and strength and to love others.

“And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word. 30 Stretch out your hand with healing power; may miraculous signs and wonders be done through the name of your holy servant Jesus.” 31 After this prayer, the meeting place shook, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit. Then they preached the word of God with boldness.” – Acts 4:29-31

“When I am with those who are weak, I share their weakness, for I want to bring the weak to Christ. Yes, I try to find common ground with everyone, doing everything I can to save some. 23 I do everything to spread the Good News and share in its blessings.” – 1 Corinthians 9:22-23

Develop and empower fellowship among believers that gives power to their spiritual journey.

“After this prayer, the meeting place shook, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit. Then they preached the word of God with boldness. 32 All the believers were united in heart and mind. And they felt that what they owned was not their own, so they shared everything they had. 33 The apostles testified powerfully to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and God’s great blessing was upon them all. 34 There were no needy people among them, because those who owned land or houses would sell them 35 and bring the money to the apostles to give to those in need.”

— Acts 4:31-35
