We are a ministry to the whole family the develops and empowers children and parents together, so that they can experience the life changing movement of Jesus.

It’s simple. Waterline Church uses a FAMILY Ministry strategy that combines the critical influences of the church and home to incite wonder, provoke discovery and fuel passion in the hearts of the next generation.

What to expect Sunday?

Splash Kids has three distinct environments for kids during the 9 and 11am Experiences — Infants and Toddlers (36 months), Preschool (3-5 years), and Elementary (K-4th). In each experience, kids will have fun, relevant lessons of love teaching them how to Love God and Love Others in their daily life. Oh, and having fun with friends at church is a must at Waterline! On Sundays, our preschool and elementary aged kids will have a time to connect with one another in the Play Zone with a bounce house, zip line, climbing wall, and toddler climbers. Kids of all ages engage in both small- and large-group activities alongside caring and passionate volunteers.

Check-in Procedures

Each family with children up to 4th grade will check-in at the Splash Check-in table right inside the lobby on the second level of the Hamilton County Sports Complex. The family will submit their information and be given name tags for each child and a pick up tag with a matching code to be used at pick up by parents.

First time guests can pre-register their family here. This will make our check in process smoother for your first visit.

What do you believe? What do you teach the kids?

We believe in one God, who is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and the Savior of all who put their faith in Him alone for eternal life. We believe that those who are made new in Christ are called to be holy in character and conduct, and can only live this way by being filled with the Lord’s Spirit. We believe in the Bible and its sufficiency to establish our faith and conduct. We believe God wills for people everywhere to know Him and be made new in Christ. We believe that the purpose of the Church is to worship God in spirit and in truth, and to reach a lost and fallen world with the gospel of Jesus Christ through its worship, witness, and loving deeds. Waterline Family Ministry tells God’s story, and invites kids to enter into God’s story by following Jesus example of loving God and loving others.

When does Splash Kids Meet?

Children Infant – 4th grade meet during our 9:30 and 11am Experiences at the Hamilton County Sports Complex. All environments are open 15 minutes prior to the Experience. We’d love for you to grab a cup of coffee, say hi to a friend, or make a new friend, then join us for the Waterline Experience.

What measurements are in place to make Waterline’s Splash Kids Environments safe?

Our check-in and check-out procedures [including a parent/child label ticket system] are in place to ensure that no child is removed from the Kids areas by any person other than the one who dropped off the child. Background checks are also required for all staff and volunteers serving in Children’s Environments. Along with this, since our volunteers serve regularly, their familiarity with Waterline families often serves as an additional safety measure.

If I’m needed during the Experience or my child needs to be pick up early, how will I be notified?

If during the Kids programming our staff and volunteers determine that a child should be picked up early, you will receive a text message on your cell phone requesting a parent. The parent/guardian with the matching security tag will then be permitted to enter the Kids area to pick up the child.

Can I dedicate my child(ren) at Waterline Church?

Yes! Child dedication is available to any parent or guardian who wishes to declare their intent to raise a child to know Jesus and to love God and love others. (Although most often it is infants who are dedicated, dedication can be done for older children as well.)
